Breakfast

Chobani plain, the last of cottage cheese , go lean cereal, warmed up blueberries, organic banana slices, all natural peanut butter.

Yum!

It was fabulous as was catching up on a few blogs, finding a cool new one, and ordering Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred!

I am super excited about this, I checked in with Caitlin of HealthyTippingPoint , who I chatted with when first starting this blog, and she is up to a challenge of not only a new trail race but also a 30 day dvd challenge to increase her strength as a runner. I have always been a big resistance/strength trainer but since running more, I find myself just wanting to focus of running and forgetting about my strength more often.  So, along with her and Dori at Dori’s Shiny Blog and whomever else decided to do this as well, I am going to do this DVD every morning for one month in hopes of shredded muscles for spring and summer!  Well, every morning after I get it in the mail! 🙂

Lunch date/Movie Date with Caroline ( the one with the french boyfriend)! 🙂

My DVD arrived yesterday, the day after I ordered it on Amazon! I just need to pick up some 2 lb weights and then I get started! Oh and a mat too. Will do that today!

It breaks my heart that I can’t check this at work! Ahh
