Happy Tuesday to All!

I have a busy day of errands, class, class, and then home to relax ( and blog!)

So here’s my Breakfast: blueberry chobani, kashi go lean, strawberries, cherries, peaches (frozen but heated up so they were warm and gooey), cinnamon and peanut butter on top too.

thanks for the commment about menses and osteoporosis. ive been on calcium and vit d tablets for almost 2 years now so hopefully my bones are more pretected now even with the lack of estrogen.
hope the busy day today goes well and you relax tonight!

hi girly 🙂 the recipe for tiger butter is soooooooo good. if you go to allrecipes.com and its tiger butter II, theres 3 different recipes and the 2nd one is the one to use! let me know if you end up makign it!!!
