Plain Chobani on the bottom, then in layers ( from the top)
-cherries
-organic banana
-peanut butter
-cinnamon
-pumpkin butter
-Peaches
-Wheat Germ
-Pumpkin Puree
-Strawberries on each side

YUM! Okay the plan for today
Body:
Gym- strength training (chest, shoulders, tricpes) and cardio
